How to book a session

Accepted Answer

New clients will first have a free, 15-minute consultation before scheduling a session. In this phone call, we will discuss what you are looking to receive from a session and any questions you may have. This will also be an opportunity to see if we are a good fit to do this work together and discuss next steps for scheduling a session.

Established clients do not need to schedule a 15-minute consult if they have previously had a session. Existing clients can use the "Book Now" button to select a time for a 90-minute energy healing session, or click below:

Question 2

What is energy healing and how does it work?

Energy healing is a spiritual practice that works with the body’s energetic field to support emotional, physical, and soul-level well-being. I am trained in Western Core Shamanism, which honors the understanding that everything, both seen and unseen, is interconnected through energy and the soul. I expand upon this training by deepening my connection to my ancestral lineage through Celtic and plant wisdom practices. My work is highly intuitive, and I use my training as a foundation to help bring forth individualized healing for my clients.In a session, I work within an expanded state of awareness to connect with spiritual and energetic realms, receiving guidance and facilitating healing on your behalf. Practices may include energy clearing, soul retrieval, or ancestral healing to support your system in returning to a state of flow and alignment. The work we do together is simply opening up space, or laying down stepping stones for you to walk your own healing journey. Contrary to what the name of this work suggests, I am not “healing” you. I am helping to create wholeness in your soul for which you may use to manifest the life you wish to live. See more about the power of integration below.

What can energy healing help with and how do I know if I need energy healing?

Quite often, a person’s body and spirit lead them to this work before their conscious mind knows to seek it. Energy healing can support a wide range of concerns, including feeling stuck, burnout, grief, life transitions, or anxiety. You may also benefit from a session if you feel disconnected, low energy, or are experiencing a physical ailment with unknown causes. You don’t need to have a specific issue to do this work. Many people come simply feeling that something is “off” or that they are ready for change.

Clients often seek sessions for spiritual growth, reconnection with their inner self, and divine guidance. If you are struggling to release stuck energy or old ways of being, you are welcome here. If you feel the stirring of a new life’s journey ahead of you, you are welcome here. And, if you feel a connection to the Divine and are seeking to deepen that relationship, you are welcome here.

What are the benefits of spiritual healing?

There truly is no limit to the ways energy healing can support people throughout their lives. The impact of this work can be felt on all levels of self, supporting emotional or physical healing and spiritual connection. People often leave a session feeling lighter and inspired to create meaningful change in their lives. You may experience mental clarity and emotional relief, improvement of physical symptoms, and a deeper sense of oneness with all beings.

Energy healing works by connecting to the vibration of the client’s soul essence and clearing away stuck energy, bringing back essences of self that have been left behind, healing ancestral wounds that live within our lineage, and more. This opens up space for us to step into the fullest expression of our being. In healing the soul, the body and mind are also healed, as there is no separation between them.

What is a virtual energy healing session like?

We will meet on Google Meet for our remote session. Our time together will be split into three parts: pre-discussion, journey, and post-discussion. In the pre-discussion, we will go over any questions you may have and create an intention for the journey. Next, I will enter the journey to access the healing energy of my guides. Note that, as a client, you are not journeying with me, nor do you need to know how to journey to have a session. While I am in the journey, I ask that clients find a comfortable seated or lying position and remain grounded in their body. Once the journey is complete, we will come back together to discuss what healing work was done. You will be able to ask questions and share insights or reflections during this time. I will then follow up with you via email two weeks after our session for a check in.

Can I choose what type of healing technique I want in my session?

Accepted Answer

Apart from soul purpose, connecting with loved ones in spirit, and divination work, the healing done in a session is up to my guides. Based on your intention for the session, I may have an idea of what healing will occur, but nothing is set in stone. It is important to be open to whatever unfolds.

You may come in with a strong feeling that you need soul essence retrieval, and while that may be an important part of your journey, it may be the case that you need an energy clearing or power animal retrieval before your soul is ready to receive those essences. Many times, more than one healing technique is performed in the session, but we must also remember that healing is a lifelong journey. It is a continuous process of unraveling one piece of ourselves to create space for the next to follow. A rose blooms when it is ready.

How do I prepare for a session and what should I do after a session?

While there is no prep work required for our session, it is helpful to come with some clear questions and intention in mind. There will be plenty of time to refine your intention during the first part of the session. A helpful question to ask yourself is: “What is not working in my life right now?” Coming in with some thoughts on this may help guide our work together.

Plan for our session to last up to 90 minutes. Simply find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Sessions are held on Google Meet, so make sure you leave enough time to get logged in before we start. After a session, it’s helpful to rest, stay hydrated, and allow space for integration. Based on the healing work we do, I will offer specific integration suggestions during the session. I also suggest that you plan to have an easy rest of the day, as much as possible, to allow the healing to settle in.

Is the healing immediate? How do I know if it “worked”?

You may notice changes in energy or more clarity in the days, weeks, and months that follow. Many clients report feeling shifts in their body, emotions, and awareness during and immediately following the session. Clients also often report feeling a deep sense of peace and calm. Depending on the work that was done, you may feel tired after a session and a desire to be alone the rest of the day.

While it is exciting to feel immediate positive effects after the session, I find the deepest healing unfolds subtly over time. It is not uncommon for clients to feel disappointment when they don’t feel immediate effects. Often, clients return and share that over several months, their lives have drastically shifted, but that it was a slow accumulation of smaller changes over time. This is a common experience and I invite you to remain open to whatever timeline is meant for you. Soul healing is not always a profound, cosmic explosion of revelation. It is found in the small shifts and intentions we hold.

What is "integration" and why is it an important part of the process?

Integration is a crucial part of energy healing that asks you to embody and ground spiritual healing in your mind, body, and spirit. It asks you to incorporate the new insights you found from a session into your daily life and consciousness. Without integration, the profound experiences and energetic shifts you had in a session may fade away, creating a separation between spiritual events and everyday life.

It is important to remember that the work we do together is simply opening up space, or laying down stepping stones for you to walk your own healing journey. Contrary to what the name of this work suggests, I am not “healing” you. I am helping to create wholeness in your soul for which you may use to manifest the life you wish to live. Your healing comes in the time after a session, when you can sit with the gentle shifts and choose to create change in your life. Integration allows for sustainable and expansive change. We will discuss specific integration techniques in our session.

Question 10

How many sessions will I need & how soon can I schedule my next appointment?

Accepted Answer

This varies for each person. Some clients experience meaningful shifts after one session, while others choose ongoing support. Clients may come for one session every few months or every year, while others do a few sessions close together, then may not return for several years.

If we end up performing a soul essence retrieval or ancestral healing, I will recommend that we wait 30 days before another session. This leaves time for integration of these soul parts or healing. For all other healing practices, we can have sessions as close together as you would like. Some clients choose to have 2-4 sessions 1 week apart at the beginning, then taper down as they start to feel consistent changes in their lives.

In general, I find that initial sessions help to crack the door open to allow "deeper" healing to emerge in subsequent sessions. We can discuss what feels most aligned for you. I am happy to work with you in whatever way feels most supportive on your journey.

Can energy healing help with anxiety or emotional stress?

Yes, incredibly so. Many people seek energy healing for anxiety, stress, and emotional imbalance. Sessions can help calm the nervous system, release stored emotional energy, and create a greater sense of grounding, clarity, and ease. Working with folks whose nervous systems are in overdrive is a particular passion of mine. Through my own lived experience, I understand the depths to which anxiety can permeate through a person’s physical, emotional, and energetic body. It can be a disorienting experience for which energy healing can be a tremendous help.

Does distance or remote healing really work?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Remote energy healing is just as effective as an in-person session. In fact, I am most grateful that I have been able to utilize technology to reach clients across the country. We will connect via Google Meet video while you relax in a comfortable space. Energy healing enters our soul body, which exists outside of space and time. Because soul energy is not bound by physical space, we are able to connect with each other from any distance. This allows for deep healing and transformation wherever you are.
