Sabrina Caramando
Energy Healer
Sabrina Caramando is an energy healer based in Maine, offering remote sessions to clients across the U.S. and internationally. Her work centers on helping clients realign with their soul, reconnect with their inner knowing, and return to the natural flow of their full expression. Trained in Western Core shamanism with Dory Cote, an internationally-renowned Shamanic Practitioner, Sabrina draws from a range of practices to inform her work. She honors her Celtic heritage in this work, listening deeply to the wisdom of her ancestral lineage and the natural world.
Sabrina’s relationship with this work began in early childhood, when she first felt a connection to unseen energies and intuitive knowing. Over time, she continued to return to these practices during periods of transition, recalibration, and growth. What began as a personal path of healing evolved into a deeper remembrance. One that felt both familiar and expansive. Through her own journey, alongside the support of energy work and herbal medicine, she experienced a profound shift toward alignment, purpose, and well-being. This lived experience stoked a passion for guiding others in this work and continues to inform the way she holds space for her clients.
Sabrina continues to deepen her studies in herbal medicine with Mischa Schuler of Wild Carrot Herbs and Rosemary Gladstar in the Spirit & Essence of Herbalism apprenticeship, Deb Soule of Avena Botanicals, and Lauren Valle of Marigold Healing Arts. She carries herbal knowledge passed down through her mother, grandmother, and the grandmothers before them. Plant wisdom is thoughtfully woven into Sabrina’s practice, often bringing plant allyship into sessions to support clients.
Before stepping fully into this work, Sabrina practiced as a Nurse Practitioner. While she no longer provides medical care, this experience gives her a unique understanding of the many ways we receive and integrate healing. She draws on this background to hold a comprehensive view of our inner workings, and build authentic relationships with her clients. Sabrina continues to integrate her love for women’s health into her energy and herbal work.
When she is not working with clients, Sabrina can be found in her role at a perinatal nonprofit or, more often, outside communing with the natural world. She lives in Southern Maine with her partner and dog and feels most at home gardening with her hands in the dirt or walking along the rocky coast and through the woods. She is deeply grateful to walk this lightwork path and welcomes all who feel called to explore their own journey of soul remembrance and embodied healing.
